三重県の漁師さんの想いを届けるため、鮮冷・加工事業では、県内各地で水揚げされた天然魚介類を買い付け、全国の消費地に供給しているほか、ブリ、マダイなどの養殖魚や水産加工品を、出荷・流通体制の整備と、マーケットインの考え方を基本とした積極的な営業展開のもと、大都市圏等に供給しています。

伊勢まだい
The Mie Fisheries Federation and interested members of the Mie Prefecture Marine Fish Farming Council are producing the brand-name farmed red sea bream "Ise madai." Locally grown citrus fruits, tea, and seaweed are added to the finishing feed, and small-scale fish farmers with different management styles share an exit strategy to cultivate the fish. Discussions and trials began in 2012, with shipments beginning the following year, and the current production capacity is approximately 400,000 fish per year (all shipments are handled by the Mie Fisheries Federation).

養殖ぶり
Yellowtail are transported live by live fish carrier ship or live fish truck from the production area to a location close to the place of consumption. The yellowtail is then transported to a live fish cage in the ocean, where it remains for one to two weeks. When shipped, the yellowtail is live-finned on the beach in front of the factory, processed, and delivered, so it takes less time and remains fresh.
